The Magazine “Vi”, was awarded by the Swedish Magazine gala, in Stockholm with the most prestigious award; Magazine of the year. Art Director: Hanna Johansson deserves the recognition.

The studio worked with Hanna and Magazine Vi, 2019, with the redesign the magazine design is based on. We are very proud on behalf of magazine Vi.
‘Vi’ was founded in 1913 and stands for something greater: humanism, humanity, culture and popular education. The type mood for the project was to create an honest design with distinct type that stands the test for a magazine story in digital and print.
We looked for a humanistic type palette with a higher readability and found it in the serif typeface: Heldane, Klim Type Foundry and the sans serif; Marcin Antique, Feliciano Type. View the article and videos on the redesign project.
